Somebody let me know please, I think Brady is now the oldest qb to start and win a regular season game. Deberg started and lost one at 44, and blanda threw a few passes in a game at 48. bit I do think Brady now holds that particular record along with many others

Belichick's legacy is on the line now he has to win a Super Bowl without Tom Brady if he doesn't we'll all look at his record in Cleveland without Brady and his record in New England post Brady and question him how good were you did you just happen to luck into the GOAT QB and that's why you won

Sorry to tell you boys; but Brady had nothing to do with putting together the Buc's defense which arguably played a bigger role in both the playoffs and the Super Bowl outcomes. Stick to Brady being the GOAT QB, and STFU about how great he was in Tampa; he survived with a team that got hotter on both sides of the ball.

Brady Haters in Sports Media claimed Brady would FAIL this season with the Bucs...Some said it would be a DISASTER season...FIRST Year with the Team he Wins the SUPERBOWL!!! and at age "43!!"...He had to do it the HARD way also as a Wild card Team and Win 3 STRAIGHT ROAD games in playoffs including beating 2 "Hall of Fame" QBs back to back including Rodgers who was the "MVP"...Brady finished off this incredible season in the "Superbowl" by Beating a Team and QB that Sports Media was calling a DYNASTY in the making and the so called GOAT ..Sports Media Brady Haters have been on Suicide watch

BELICHICK become the greatest headcoach because of TB12, TB12 now prove he can be a champion without BELICHICK, now 1 more SB for TB12 that will seal the argument who made who, until BELICHICK prove also other wise that he can lead back the patriots back to the SB in the next 3 to 5 years as a coach, not using his GM status as an excuse of course because how he hire players.

The Patriots did Brady dirty, he increased the value of Kraft's franchise by billions - but they sent him packing. Tom won't go back to Gillette for a retirement celebration. He's put the past behind him, and he's on to Tampa.

    • Steven Allen

It was more of Krafts doing then Belichek. Kraft took AB Brown away from him because they wanted to be the moral team meanwhile Kraft gets charged for hiring prostitutes and Brady had no problems ignoring it but he had a problem with the hypocrisy against Brown when Brady took a pay cut to get these guys. He wanted to win not be a pawn in fixing (covering up) Krafts image. And what happen Brady brings Brown to Tampa, with Gronk too who scored and got a Superbowl record doing it this time in a Buccaneers uniform not a Patriots for once. Kraft being cheap is why Gronk left

Look, I get that the defense was great. Nobody predicted that the Chiefs wouldn't score a touchdown. But put some respect on Brady's name. Brady has an extremely effecient game where he threw for 3 TD's with a 125.8 rating and made no mistakes. He played extremely well and put up points early to take the pressure off.

Tampa had this defense last year, they were 7-9, Brady was the difference maker. He woke up the franchise. If Tom didn't go to Tampa Todd Bowles would still be sleeping and would still be playing single high safety. Bowles didn't motivate the defense - Brady did.

BUT, if Belichek had not drafted Brady late in the 6th round who's to say another team would've picked him up? He drafted Brady with having Drew Bledsoe who before his injury wasn't exactly chopped liver. Bledsoe would've had many more years in his career if he didn't get injured. With that said the Patriots weren't pressed to chance wasting a 6th round pick on a QB who every other team turned down 5 times and some teams turned him down a 6th time picking their 6th rounder until Belichek decided there's something about Brady that wasn't worth totally ignoring. He worked hard at studying teams and play film to show his football's smarts more then makes up for his inability to scramble for big plays. The fact that Brady wasn't catching anybody's eye is most likely the driving force behind Brady's dedication to studying film on other teams and learned to read the defense so well he made easy work out of carving up defenses.

Coaching is 40% player is 60% Coaches coach and create the game plan Players got out and play the game based on the practice and game plan. For the clown that said Robin- wouldn't make much sense since Robin isn't in the same league as Batman so it would be Batman/Superman relationship comparing greatness because it's always being compared who's better Brady or Bill- Bat or Supes. In football if you're going by personal achievements- Brady- 7 rings as qb Belichick-6 as Head Coach 2 - as defense coach so 8 in total So yeah if you wanna say "Brady is motivated to be better than Belichick" then he needs to win two more SBs. This whole mindset that Bill needs Brady or Brady needs Bill is stupid. Both are great at their positions but in my opinion Belichick will always be center piece for the franchise- remember is was Bill that drafted Brady not the other way around.

@scot msp Lies. They had 4 HOFers on that defense lol, the Belichick propaganda machine is alive and well. Belichick is the most overrated great sports figure ever. He tries to take credit for coaching Lawrence freaking Taylor the GOAT defensive player. Parcells was the coach of that team and it was PARCELLS GIANTS, Belichick was just a coordinator/assistant a la Matt Patricia. Belichick has 6 losing seasons as a HC without Brady. No other coach in the top 10 in wins has 6 losing seasons without one player. Belichick = Overrated

    • P Pumpkin

      P Pumpkin

      11 hari yang lalu

Parcells and Pete Carroll were the Patriots coaches before Belichick, and Scott Pioli was the VP of player personnel. Most of the Patriots Champsionship personnel were brought in by them - especially in the early Championships, later years players were willing to come to play with Brady, and Brady turned nobodies like Welker and Edelman into league leaders through relentless off season drilling. I think Belichick is a good coach, but a lousy GM, who has really failed in his picks, He is good though at recognizing players ability once they come, he has traded for many players, then dumped them after a few games. Belichick was able to maintain his tough control of the team, cheap salary, practice regimens, control of off field behavior, because he had Brady's compliance. It remains to be seen what he can do now that he is on his own, has burned a lot of bridges, and there's a new age of athlete that wants to be treated as individuals, and do social media stuff. I wish him the best. He has a core of player/coaches who buy into him like Mayo, Hightower, Mccourty, and Slater and that's how he keep it going with his staff constantly leaving - but they are all old now. But Belichick methods have not been able to be transported to other teams by his former coaches O'Brien (texans), Charlie Weiss (notre dame), Josh McDaniels (Denver), Romeo Cremal (everywhere), so far it's really just Brady who has been able to transport the Patriot magic to a new team. I can't see Bill falling below .500 even with a lousey team, but it remains to be seen if he can reach the same heights.

@Trev Mac Thanks for sharing. Did you need surgery for yours? Yeah, his is super bad. It is hard to imagine it won't affect how he plays somewhat. For instance, most speed players lose 1% speed per year. It is hard to imagine him not losing 3%.

@Wishing B I had turf toe (Baseball) and it bothered me for years - right up into adulthood - had to move from short to first base, had trouble in the batters box, running bases, stealing bases.. Mahomes turf toe is super bad and on a scale of 1-5 it's a 5 for being bad.

@Moet Chandon Dude is actually not exaggerating, turf toe suuucks. Its technically called hallux rigidis, and it can cause nerve damage to the toe etc. In minor cases? You just rest for a while. If you need surgery? That's serious and they better tread carefully ot this may be a recurring condition for Mahomes. Again, turf toe is no joke.
